We have said it again and again what the city of Rimini can offer in terms of entertainment, culture, sport, nature, relaxation and food and wine.

But if we have little time?
Here is a quick guide to things to do and see in Rimini in one day for a trip out of town in spring or on the occasion of a business trip.

* THE HISTORICAL CENTER *

ARCH OF AUGUSTUS

It opens the gates to the cities and from which Via Flaminia starts, wanted by the Romans to connect the Ariminum colony to Rome.

PIAZZA TRE MARTIRI

Continuing from the Arch, we arrive as far as as far as Piazza Tre Martiri, where we can  find fragments of the Roman pavement and a sixteenth-century memorial stone commemorating Giulio Cesare.
Also from the sixteenth century are the small temple of S. Antonio and the clock tower built in 1547.
At the foot of the latter is the monument to the fallen of the Second World War.

PIAZZA CAVOUR

Continuing along the course, you enter Piazza Cavour, with the statue of Paul V in the center and the Fontana della Pigna appreciated by Leonardo Da Vinci.
On one side you will find shops and cafes and on the other magnificent palaces such as the Palazzo del Podestà, a medieval monument erected in 1334.
Next to it the Palazzo dell'Arengo, a majestic building in Romanesque-Gothic style and finally the splendid Galli theater

OTHER MONUMENTS
Continuing to walk, behind the Galli Theater, you reach Piazza Malatesta with the majestic Castel Sismondo, surrounded by a body of water, which houses the museum dedicated to the great director Federico Fellini, born in Rimini.
Still in the historic centre, behind Piazza Cavour, we can find Piazza Ferrari where the surgeon's house is located: dating back to the 2nd century AD, it is part of an area that includes various buildings, rich in artifacts and colorful mosaics, and which it extends over 700 square meters.
Finally, the Malatesta Temple, built in 1450 by Sigismondo Malatesta, lord of Rimini; it is the main place of worship in Rimini.

FROM PONTE TIBERIO TO BORGO SAN GIULIANO
At the end of the Corso d'Augusto, the white bridge of Tiberius stands out with its 2000 years of age; beyond the latter we arrive in the picturesque village of San Giuliano, an ancient fishing village today full of clubs and restaurants. On the facades of the houses there are murals inspired by Federico Fellini's films and maritime traditions.

The sea park and the beach, ideal for walks and sports all year round.
