Discover Residence Marzia, a modern and welcoming structure located in Rivazzurra di Rimini, just a few steps from the sea!  

Our residence was born from the transformation of the historic Albergo Rosarina guesthouse. In 2006, our parents purchased the property with the goal of creating a comfortable and functional environment. After a complete renovation in 2008, the building was converted into a tourist residence, and our father, Silvano, decided to dedicate it to his wife, Marzia.

Today, Residence Marzia is a modern and well-maintained structure, thanks to continuous renovations and upgrades.

Our apartments of various sizes, all with private balconies, are simply yet functionally furnished to offer you maximum comfort, just like home, but with hotel services.
