BOOKING CONDITIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY
DIRECT RESERVATION:
- Upon acceptance of the hotel offer, the payment of a confirmatory deposit is required
- In case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit will be retained
- Reservation can be canceled up to 5 days before arrival WITHOUT PENALTY except for the months of June, July and August: Reservation can be canceled up to 15 days before arrival WITHOUT PENALTY.

TOURIST TAX
From 01/01/2019 it is €2.00 for people over 14 years old (you pay for a maximum of 7 days)
FROM 01/01/2024 it is equal to €2.50 per person

DOGS AND PETS
Your friends with queues are welcome and will be able to relax on our balconies of various sizes (from 8 to 13 m2) and access the partner beach 125.
Obviously it must be reported to the management at the time of booking. An additional fee may be required for final cleaning.

OTHER INFORMATION

• In case of late arrival or early departure the customer is required to immediately notify Residence Marzia, in this case no reductions or refunds are foreseen;
• The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at check-in by cash, credit/debit card, or debit card;
• The arrival of a greater number of people than booked (even if children) is not permitted.

• Change of linen: In each apartment the bathroom linen is changed twice a week, while the bed linen is changed once a week (for bookings of minimum 7 days); Alternatively it is possible to change the linen, paying a supplement;
• Water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating;
• NEWBORN KIT (camping cot complete with linen, high chair, baby bath tub, bed rail), to be requested at the time of booking until supplies last;
• N. 2 Samsung 28" LED TVs (living room and bedroom);
• SKY CINEMA and SPORT (FREE);
• Wi-fi connection in all apartments and common areas;
• Digital Safe;
• Kitchen utensils: plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, coffee makers and everything you need for cooking. And if something is missing, all you have to do is ask;
• Refrigerator with freezer;
• Microwave oven and glass ceramic hob (induction);
• Electric kettle for herbal teas, tea, coffee etc.;
• Hairdryer;
• Upon request, iron and ironing board (free use).

• Midweek Cleaning: Residence Marzia offers its customers qualified staff for midweek cleaning of each apartment for a fee (on request).
